Who you are The Wealth Ecosystem squad sits at the heart of our platform. This team is responsible for the integrations and core data infrastructure that powers everything – the investment book of record, partner connections, and the data foundation that makes everything else possible.

As Senior Product Manager, Wealth Ecosystem, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for this squad. You will define what gets built and why, working directly with clients, engineering, and partners to solve the problems that matter most. You will lead from the front – not as a project manager tracking tickets, but as the person who understands the problem space deeply enough to make the right calls under pressure.

This is not a role for someone who wants to execute a predefined roadmap. It is a role for someone who wants to build one.

Responsibilities: What you will do

Translate product vision and strategy into an actionable, sequenced roadmap in partnership with clients and the broader Product Management team

Partner with investment operations, data engineering, compliance, and integration partners to deeply understand user needs and system constraints

Define and prioritize requirements that meet operational, regulatory, and analytical standards

Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute on with confidence

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions as the product authority in the squad

Act as a close partner to the engineering lead and team on priorities, requirements, and trade‑offs

Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability,

adoption, and client value

Support release planning including client communication and training

What you will own Platform stability and client success You will resolve systemic issues with the investment book of record, driving full client adoption and eliminating recurring breaks through root cause resolution and AI‑powered automation. When the platform has a problem, you own the solution.

Partner integrations You will lead the delivery of integrations that create a comprehensive picture of total client wealth – including non‑financial assets through our financial asset partners – surfaced directly in our Advisor and Investor Portals. These are not internal projects. They are client‑facing capabilities that directly grow our client's businesses.

Data platform and reporting You will define the vision, roadmap, and solution path for consolidated client reporting – one of the most significant product investments on our near‑term horizon.

Advisor intelligence You will revamp the Advisor Insights platform to increase adoption and deliver the actionable insights advisors need to grow their book of business.

Market and competitive intelligence You will stay current on trends and innovations in wealth management and fintech, using competitive insight to identify where Purpose should differentiate.

What great looks like in this role

Every client actively using the investment book of record, with systemic breaks eliminated

Partner integrations delivered on time and adopted by clients

A roadmap for consolidated reporting that the business has confidence in

An Advisor Insights platform that advisors actually use

An engineering squad that knows exactly what to build next, and why

Qualifications: What you will bring Domain expertise

– You have meaningful experience in wealth management, financial technology, or a closely adjacent domain. You understand the trade cycle, portfolio management fundamentals, and the data flows that underpin an advisor's day‑to‑day operations. You do not need to be taught what a book of record is.

Product depth

– You know the difference between a product manager and a project manager, and you operate firmly in the former. You identify problems worth solving before defining solutions. You have a clear point of view on prioritization and can defend it with data and client evidence.

Technical fluency

– You are comfortable in the detail. You can have an intelligent conversation with an engineer about API design,

data pipelines, or system integration without needing translation. You do not write code – but you understand enough to ask the right questions and make informed trade‑offs.

Stakeholder influence

– You build trust quickly with engineering, clients, and senior leaders. You can align diverse groups around a shared direction without formal authority. You are comfortable pushing back when the evidence supports a different view.

AI‑era mindset

– You actively look for opportunities to leverage AI to improve platform capabilities, automate manual processes, and deliver smarter experiences. You understand that the role of a PM in an AI‑first product team is evolving – and you are ahead of that curve.

Communication

– You write clearly and concisely. Your user stories are specific. Your product briefs do not leave room for ambiguity. Your stakeholder updates are direct and evidence‑based.
