In this role, you will support all HR functions within a designated business unit, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. This position also requires managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and supporting HR programs that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR functions for a designated business unit
• Partner with operations to drive employee engagement
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance issues
• Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in logistics
• Solid knowledge of employment standards and HR legislation
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
