Step into the role of IT Client Relationship Manager to enhance client interactions and service delivery. Focus on relationship management as you ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As the primary contact for clients in this remote position, you will manage all aspects of service delivery, from performance tracking to change management. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing client needs proactively. Your consultative skills will be key in identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discussions on system performance and issues
• Prepare and share performance metrics with clients




• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement
• Assist in documenting change management processes
• Review invoices and address client inquiries
Requirements:
• Proven abilities in data analysis and relationship management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL standards preferred
• Experience with municipal clients is desirable
• Degree in a related field preferred
