Collaborating with multiple teams, you will ensure both customers and partners benefit from comprehensive resources that bridge complex product features with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain hands-on technical lab environments
• Serve as a subject matter expert for new product launches
• Develop explicit documentation and tutorial materials




• Review performance data and gather feedback for improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate and synthesize information
Requirements:
• Deep familiarity with protocols like OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Ability to read and understand JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong project management skills in a deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication skills for technical audiences
• Experience with AI tools for content optimization
