We have an exciting chance to join our Distribution, Trading and Broker Development Team as a **Broker Development Consultant**!* Strong interpersonal, communication, numeracy, and written skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines.* Solid financial awareness and a self‐motivated approach to delivering high‐quality work.* Inclusive, positive team behaviour—communicating clearly, collaborating openly, and constructively challenging with intent.* Resilient, resourceful mindset with a commitment to ownership, accountability, and exceptional customer experience.* Added value through desirable experience in sales, sales support, working directly with insurance brokers.* Nice to have but not essential - A‐Level educated and progressing toward (or holding) Cert CII, with good awareness of commercial insurance and customer‐facing experience.* Deliver a standout customer experience by showing genuine passion for Covéa, responding quickly with high‐quality service, and building trust through clear, open communication.* Collaborate effectively with underwriting, claims, accounts, and other teams to continually enhance the customer journey.* Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively developing your skills and behaviours to drive continuous improvement in performance and results.* Bring positive energy to the team, acting in line with Covéa policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards at all times.* Stay vigilant to financial crime, fraud, money laundering, and data protection risks,
