We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) to assist our client with their current CRM integration/implementation.Experience5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and implementationsExperience with CRM processes – Sales and ServicingExposure to Loans Origination & Underwriting ProcessesIntegration experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or MicrosoftData architecture and AI experience (an asset)Integration with communication systems – Telephony, IVR, Chat, SMS etc. (an asset)CRM implementation experience in the banking/financial services sector esp.



in B2C channelsCreating an architecture roadmap and an implementation plan that is aligned with the business prioritiesWorking with the Enterprise Architecture team to drive key decisionsInteracting with senior level executive leadership team (e.G. gathering information, presenting ideas and plans etc.)Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 (an asset)SkillsStrong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.Proven ability to facilitate workshops and presenting solution ideas.Excellent communication skills are key – both written and verbal.
