Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and dialysis services
• Coordinate patient care and discharge processes
• Lead within the healthcare team for quality patient outcomes




• Support Peritoneal Dialysis with extensive orientation
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and timely documentation
Requirements:
• Recent dialysis experience is essential
• Completion of Manitoba Nephrology Nursing Course required
• CRNM registration or eligibility is a must
• Bilingual (English/French) communication skills
• Successful Criminal Records and Child Abuse Registry Checks required
