Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage Business Analysts to enhance team performance

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• 2+ years in a management role required
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Certification such as CBAP preferred
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and analytical tools
