Responsibilities:

- Fully understand Engineering client requirements and job qualifications
- Proactively source, screen and interview, potential candidates for our high-profile clients
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse pool of top-notch candidates
- Continue to learn and develop recruitment strategies and keep on top of industry trends

Requirements:

- Excellent communication abilities
- Interest in Engineering field/industry a must!
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-oriented role
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
