POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Manager

LOCATION: North York, ON

THE OPPORTUNITY:

A fast-paced wholesale distributor has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Manager. The company is a global leader in their sector, distributing products through major retailers as well as direct-to-consumer through e-commerce. There are many exciting projects on the horizon, and we offer an excellent compensation package including bonus, perks and opportunities for career advancement.

In this exciting role, you will be managing two teams of customer service representatives, one focused on B2B and the other on B2C. We are looking for an experienced manager who can act as coach and mentor to the team leaders, helping to establish priorities and customer service standards.We require a highly collaborative leader who is accustomed to working closely with warehouse operations, sales and finance.

You will also be personally involved with major retail accounts, solidifying partnerships and driving high levels of customer satisfaction. We need a big-picture thinker,



someone who looks at how the customer support team fits into the company structure and finds ways to improve processes across the organization. We need someone who will create an atmosphere that encourages and rewards continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Customer Service. Wholesale / retail fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience leading a customer service / order management team in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Both B2B and B2C experience is required.
- Proven coaching and development experience, excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP is a MUST.

SALARY RANGE: $100,000 – $130,000 plus benefits and a company bonus program. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
