This managerial role focuses on enhancing performance through structured continuous improvement initiatives. You will leverage Lean tools and methodologies to empower employees at all levels while ensuring standardization across all improvement processes. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead continuous improvement projects for enhanced performance • Develop and deploy Lean tools to improve skills • Train and mentor staff in Lean/Six Sigma principles • Analyze business processes for efficiency improvements • Establish and track key performance indicators

Requirements: • University degree in Engineering, Business or Science • 5-7 years of similar experience required • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Thorough knowledge of Lean concepts and tools • Solid change leadership in complex environments
