Why is this role important? The impact you’ll make: As a Project Manager within DX Studio, you will lead the delivery of complex digital experiences across multiple brands and business lines. This role operates at the center of design, development, content, and marketing, ensuring teams are aligned, priorities are clear, and delivery is executed seamlessly.

You will manage a high volume of concurrent initiatives while also supporting quick‑moving, ad hoc requests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organized, and brings a strong balance of structure, adaptability, and hands‑on execution.

You will play a key role in driving team efficiency, maintaining clear workflows, and ensuring high‑quality digital delivery across all projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of 3–6+ concurrent digital projects at a given time, including campaign microsites, editorial experiences, and platform enhancements

Manage intake of requests, define requirements, and build detailed timelines and workback schedules

Own and continuously refine project roadmaps to align with evolving business priorities

Own and maintain roadmap planning and project scheduling

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

Manage and prioritize team workloads, translating priorities into clear, actionable task lists





Act as the primary point of contact between DX Studio and cross‑functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology teams

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently to stakeholders and leadership

Triage and manage incoming requests, including urgent updates requiring technical support or content changes

Support hands‑on updates within CMS platforms (Contentful), including copy updates and basic layout adjustments

Maintain and evolve project documentation, trackers, and workflows (Coda, Jira, Excel)

Coordinate team resourcing and support onboarding of external partners where required

Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency

Does this sound like you?

You have 5–8+ years of experience in project management within digital, marketing, or agency environments

You have experience managing websites, microsites, or digital campaign delivery

You are comfortable working in Agile environments and facilitating sprint ceremonies

You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

You are proactive, solutions‑oriented, and able to triage and respond to urgent requests effectively

You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with cross‑functional teams

You are comfortable working within CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) for content updates

You have experience with tools such as Coda, Jira, Excel, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite





You are detail‑oriented and take pride in delivering high‑quality work

You are adaptable, collaborative, and thrive in environments with evolving priorities

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 / 80,000.00$ - 110,000,00$ (per year / par an). A candidate’s experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
