In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of asset plans and lead negotiations aiming at long-term value creation. Collaborate closely with Property Management, Accounting, and Development teams to maintain high operational standards and drive leasing initiatives. Your expertise will focus on maintaining financial performance and fostering strong tenant relationships while supporting acquisition and disposition efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strategic asset plans for the portfolio
• Analyze budgets and forecasts with financial teams




• Drive initiatives for leasing and capital planning
• Negotiate lease transactions and manage tenant relations
• Conduct market analysis for growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 3+ years in commercial leasing or asset management
• Valid real estate license in BC or ON
• Robust financial acumen and cash flow analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
