Responsibilities and Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience of 5–8 years with Salesforce Data Cloud and core Salesforce platform and designing experience.

Architect and design robust and scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.

Define and implement data modelling, schema design, and data governance strategies within the Salesforce Data Cloud.

Ensure high data quality and security standards are maintained throughout the architecture.

Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Data Cloud to meet client needs.

Develop and maintain custom features, components, and integrations to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Data Cloud.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud deployments, addressing technical issues, and optimizing performance.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define integration requirements and develop a comprehensive integration strategy.

Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and third‑party systems, such as marketing automation, analytics, and Salesforce CRM.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Stay current with industry best practices, Salesforce updates,



and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer are highly desirable.

Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and database design.

This is a hybrid role and requires 3–4 days/week working from the Toronto office.

Compensation The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 77,000 to CAD 120,000.

Location & Working Arrangement This role is hybrid, requiring 3–4 days per week onsite in the Toronto office.
