As an intern, you will partner with Account Managers and Customer Support Specialists to facilitate over 2,000 financial transactions. You’ll also handle reconciliation and exception reports, all while honing your analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Account Managers on payment operations
• Ensure timely processing of 2,000+ payments
• Monitor payments from release through inquiries
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation activities
• Review and manage exception handling reports
Requirements:
• Must be actively enrolled in a degree program
• Rising junior or senior in preferred major
• Robust academic record with a 3.5 GPA or above
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to a full-time summer internship
