What can I expect day to day?
In your role, a Senior Sourcing Partner you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of candidates introducing them to exciting new opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.
- Work with key Hays clients on an exclusive basis to fill needs across their business
- Source passive and active candidates and interview/qualify them for job openings.
- Create job postings and generate applications.
- Present/shortlist candidates to your clients
- Develop relationships with candidates on the market.
Who are we looking for?
- 3 year + Recruitment experience in an agency setting
- Experience in Business Development or Direct Sales would be considered an Asset
- You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building current and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
- You thrive on personal achievement.
