Join our Food and Beverage Team as an Evening/Closing Shift Banquets Supervisor. Provide exceptional service while overseeing banquet functions and operations during peak hours, mostly evenings and weekends.
In this role, you will supervise event setups, lead the banquet team, and ensure equipment maintenance. Collaborating with culinary and sales staff is essential for event execution. Administrative tasks such as payroll, reports, and budget management will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee banquet function setups and equipment
• Empower and lead the banquet service team
• Coordinate with culinary and events teams
• Handle payroll and inventory management tasks
• Work adaptable evening shifts, including weekends
Requirements:
• Valid Proserve and Food Safe certifications
• Prior experience as an Event Services Supervisor preferred
• Work authorization for Canada required
• Must be able to lift moderate weights
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
