This role focuses on fostering relationships within personal and commercial banking. You'll be responsible for processing financial transactions accurately and determining the best banking solutions for our customers. Engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction is essential, alongside achieving business objectives and promoting suitable products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns using established protocols

Requirements:
• High School diploma with 1+ years’ experience
• Background in business or finance is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools
• Fluent in French and English, effective communicator
