You’ll dive into data analysis to identify trends, solve pay equity issues, and inform scenario planning. Collaborate with a proactive team to create engaging communications that clarify compensation for employees and improve processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, HR, or related • Experience in compensation analysis and modeling • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint • Robust project management skills • Passion for technology and efficiency
