DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate marketing and creative roles

Partner closely with Marketing leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and timelines

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized creative talent

Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Provide recruitment insights, market feedback, and status updates to stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Corporate Recruiter

Prior experience recruiting creative, marketing, or communications roles preferred

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to operate independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously





Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate or agency environment
