We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain up-to-date web applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. Must-Have Qualifications Experience working with Agile methodologies Strong experience with React and TypeScript Experience with Node.js and Next.js Experience working within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment Experience testing custom software developments Technical Skills (40%) Experience working in Agile environments Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript Experience with Node.js and Next.js Experience building and testing RESTful APIs Working knowledge of Jamstack architecture Hands-on experience with responsive design, front-end testing, debugging techniques, page load optimization, and version control Working knowledge of DevOps practices, task boards, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with headless content management systems Experience developing front-end functionality such as login pages, profile creation, notifications, and self-service registration Ability to translate technical system specifications into fully functional, tested applications, including: Developing detailed programming specifications Writing and/or generating code Conducting unit testing Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, conversion,



and deployment Experience (40%) Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Kanban/task boards Experience working with RESTful APIs Strong programming and systems analysis experience Experience collaborating with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile Scrum for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications Experience applying modern design patterns, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting techniques Experience with one or more communication protocols Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business stakeholders and subject matter experts Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines Experience integrating with identity and access management systems such as Azure AD B2C and Okta Communication Skills (20%) Ability to clearly present technical ideas and recommendations in a user-friendly manner Ability to communicate design and development concepts effectively Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service for internal and external stakeholders
