In this full-time role, you'll leverage your 4+ years of experience in the ag industry to provide effective support in both Parts and Service. Robust interpersonal skills and advanced machinery knowledge, particularly with specific equipment, will be vital as you handle inbound and outbound communication. Your responsibilities will include accurately managing customer interactions and identifying and solving issues as they'll arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service promptly and professionally
• Maintain an accurate ticketing system for communication
• Manage high volumes of calls, texts,



and emails
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Support technicians and dispatch after hours
Requirements:
• 4+ years in a customer-facing ag support role
• Technical training in Parts/Service beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license, travel, and remote work required
