We are seeking a

ServiceNow HRSD Solution Consultant (Manager level)

to support the implementation of a ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solution for a large enterprise client.

This role will focus on delivering an out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) aligned implementation, while supporting integrations with PeopleSoft HCM and guiding business process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD

Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders

Guide client teams on aligning processes to OOTB ServiceNow HRSD capabilities

Groom and validate user stories

Support test case development and UAT activities

Collaborate with technical teams on integration with PeopleSoft HCM





Provide functional expertise and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required Experience

Strong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD

Experience leading or supporting HRSD implementations

Proven ability to run workshops and stakeholder sessions

Experience with Agile delivery (user stories, backlog grooming, UAT support)

Knowledge of system integrations, particularly with PeopleSoft HCM

Solid communication and client‑facing skills

Nice to Have

Previous consulting experience at the Manager level

Experience in large enterprise or transformation programs
