Pattison Ag is inviting experienced sales professionals to join our fast-paced dealership in Shaunavon as a Territory Manager. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships and delivering exceptional retail sales service within the assigned area.
Responsibilities
- Equipment sales with current and existing customers
- Build loyal, long‑term customer relationships
- Provide top‑tier customer support and follow‑up
- Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales
- Stay current on knowledge of all sales‑related areas
- Create brand awareness in your area
- Conduct equipment and product demos
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment
- Education in Ag Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong time‑management,
organizational and computer skills
- 3+ years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
- Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary
