Job Summary
The Education Manager oversees the Education Department and leads instructors to ensure effective program delivery, student success, and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student success, including attendance, performance, retention, and concerns
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate instructors to ensure high-quality teaching
- Oversee academic operations, including scheduling and program delivery
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
- Support curriculum development and continuous program improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet student and institutional goals
Qualifications
- Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in education (adult education preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
