Position Overview The Creative Services Manager leads the Creative Services team in delivering high‑quality, consistent, and strategically‑aligned creative content across P2C. This role plays a key leadership function in strengthening how P2C communicates as one unified mission, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and effectiveness across all expressions of the organization. The Manager leads a small team of staff and is responsible for vendor relationships, leveraging them to produce consistent, high‑quality creative work. This role is directly involved in stewarding the brand and organizational voice of P2C. The Manager also serves on the Operations & Fund Capacity Leadership Team, contributing to organization‑wide priorities and problem‑solving beyond their area.
About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
Steward and Strengthen the P2C Brand and Organizational Voice
Own the planning and execution of annual stewardship campaigns and donor communications as a core Creative Services output, ensuring they are explicit, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Develop new, effective, multi‑channel journey pathways to steward and strengthen the relationship over the first 12‑18 months of a donor’s journey with P2C.
Provide stewardship of the P2C‑wide brand, ensuring consistency and integrity
Support the cohesion of ministry sub‑brand expressions with the P2C brand.
Translate leadership direction into consistent creative/communication standards.
Ensure creative work reflects the voice and values of the organization.
Deliver High-Quality, Strategically Aligned Creative Work
Own the delivery of Creative Services outputs that are reliable, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with ministries and stakeholders through consistent follow‑through, clarity, and responsiveness.
Ensure a consistent standard of quality, clarity, and effectiveness across all creative work applying the principle of "consistently good" over "periodically excellent".
Oversee the creative process from briefing through execution, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
Develop and present well‑considered proposals for new initiatives (e.g., campaigns, communication channels) for leadership input and approval.
Build and Develop a Healthy, High‑Performing Team
Provide leadership and direction for the Creative Services team
Foster a team culture characterized by:
High morale and relational health.
Strong interdependence across team and ministries.
Consistently strong output.
Engage the team in both operational execution and creative collaboration.
Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and ongoing leadership.
Strengthen systems, prioritization, and team capacity
Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests in light of organizational objectives.
Make and communicate clear decisions on what work to accept, decline, or defer.
Actively protect team capacity by avoiding unnecessary or low‑impact work.
Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement in Creative Delivery
Pilot and implement new tools and approaches, including AI, to improve workflows and outcomes.
Identify and propose improvements to systems, processes, and creative approaches.
Lead Beyond Creative Services
Serve as a leader on the Operations + Fund Capacity team with a "first‑team" mindset.
Prayerful engagement with weekly chapel services and semi‑annual Days of Prayer.
Participate in ministry partner development — building a team of ministry partners to support the mission of P2C financially as donors and as prayer partners, embracing and pursuing an annual fundraising target.
Other Responsibilities
Active participation in weekly chapel services and other ministry‑specific prayer/bible study times.
Attendance and participation in the semi‑annual Worldwide Day of Prayer.
Attendance and participation in All Staff Forums.
Special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience
3+ years of leadership or management experience.
Strong project and workflow management experience.
Experience in creative services, marketing, or communications.
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset.
Experience working cross‑functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to contribute to the creative process and provide informed feedback on creative work.
Familiarity with branding, media, and campaign development.
Proficiency with project management tools and content management systems.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience managing vendors or external partners.
Experience working in a non‑profit or ministry environment is an asset.
Experience working in a marketing or fundraising agency is an asset.
