Role Description We are seeking an Accounts Resolution Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Vancouver, BC office. As an Accounts Resolution Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include managing account receivables, resolving disputes, negotiating payment terms, investigating billing discrepancies, and processing payments.



You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of account issues, all while maintaining strong customer service standards and upholding the company’s values of integrity and communication.

Qualifications

Experience with account receivables management, payment processing, and dispute resolution

Solid communication and negotiation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills pertaining to billing discrepancies and financial data analysis

Proficiency in using financial software systems and tools

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Vancouver, BC

Previous experience in collections or legal services is an asset

Knowledge of skip tracing procedures and process serving is a plus

High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
