This role is designed for a detail-oriented skilled with 1-3 years of administrative experience. You'll be paramount in assuring a seamless function within the residential project, helping with agreements and maintaining communication with various teams. A background in real estate or homebuilding enhances your fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare agreements to purchase and sale
• Process purchaser deposits and mortgage letters
• Update internal sales reports and deal statuses
• Interact with Head Office and Sales teams
• Manage general office duties including client greeting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma required
• 1-3 years in an administrative capacity
• Experience in real estate or homebuilding preferred
• Proficient in Excel and CRM software
• Strong communication skills
