The team at Gilmour Dental Centre located in Ottawa, ON is looking for a passionate, hard‑working office manager on a full‑time basis.

The ideal office manager will be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve patient flow, and create harmonious working relationships between the front‑desk office and dental professionals.

Schedule

- Monday – Thursday 8:00‑17:00 and Friday 8:00‑14:00

What We Are Looking For

- 2 years of experience required in dental office management or dental administration
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Abel Dent is an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and other financial transactions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
