Preparing and reviewing essential BIA documentation will be a key responsibility along with identifying creative ways to add value for debtors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with delivery of consumer insolvency services • Analyze financial records and data thoroughly • Administer formal insolvency appointments effectively • Develop strong relationships with referral sources • Prepare and review all relevant BIA documentation
Requirements: • Direct experience in insolvency is an asset • Background as a financial advisor is beneficial • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related fields preferred • Coursework in Insolvency Administration is a plus • Knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act required
