This temporary position focuses on supporting individuals requiring personal care and behavioral assistance. You will engage in diverse tasks, including hygiene routines, meal preparation, and transportation for medical appointments or recreational activities. Your role involves fostering a safe living setting and maintaining clear communication with guardians and family members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with hygiene and meal preparation
• Support daily activities and community engagement
• Administer medication and document care plans
• Drive individuals to appointments and activities
• Collaborate with families and professionals for care
Requirements:
• Canadian Certificate/Diploma in Human Services or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Intermediate computer skills and MS Office proficiency
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
