Role Overview

We are looking for a

ServiceNow Business Analyst

with strong technical acumen to bridge business needs and technology solutions. This role involves working on

application modernization initiatives

and supporting

ServiceNow platform enhancements , including Enterprise Architecture components. You will play a key role in analysing legacy systems, defining future-state solutions, and driving implementation across up-to-date platforms. Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Technical Analysis Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FSDs, user stories) Conduct process mapping, workflow design, and data flow analysis Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for system changes 2. Application Modernization Analyze legacy applications (e.g., MS Access, VB6, PHP, .NET) Define migration strategies (retire, re-platform, rebuild) Support transition to modern platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Power Platform, SharePoint) 3. ServiceNow Platform Support Support ServiceNow modules including

Enterprise Architecture (EA), CMDB, APM Manage configurations, enhancements, and integrations Collaborate with developers for implementation and testing Maintain system and process documentation 4. Testing & Implementation Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



Ensure solutions meet business requirements Develop training materials and SOPs 5. Process Improvement & Governance Identify automation and optimization opportunities Participate in governance and CAB meetings Contribute to best practices and platform standards 6. Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between business, IT, and architecture teams Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders 7. Project Support Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables Track risks, dependencies, and progress Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field 5+ years of Business Analysis experience Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes Proficiency in SQL or data querying tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong expertise in: Requirements gathering & documentation Process mapping & gap analysis Technical analysis for enterprise systems Experience with

ServiceNow platform , including: CMDB Mandatory Certification

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

– Required Nice to Have

Experience with: ServiceNow APM / EA modules CSDM and CMDB best practices IT strategy & application rationalization Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
