Enhance business functionality as a D365 Customer Engagement Applications Specialist. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing while aligning with business objectives.
This full-time role involves hands-on support and development of the D365 CE platform. You'll serve as the primary technical resource, owning the administration and evolution of the environment. Collaboration with cross-departmental teams is key, as is leadership in system updates and incident resolution, sometimes after hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and support D365 CE modules across functions • Collaborate to gather and validate business requirements • Develop integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems • Manage D365 environment lifecycle using ALM/DevOps • Uphold security best practices and compliance
Requirements: • 5+ years Dynamics 365 CE experience • 4+ years Power Platform development skills • 3+ years experience with REST/OData API integrations • Familiarity with Azure services • Experience in full-life-cycle D365 CE implementations
