Longueuil Toyota is looking for an appointment scheduler for its service department to join its team!Job Description:Schedule appointments for the service department; Confirm appointments;Answer incoming service calls; Make outgoing calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.); Work closely with the mechanical department team; Perform any other related tasks as needed; Advise customers on recommended maintenance.Requirements:Experience in automotive mechanical service (an asset).Working conditions:Salary: Based on experienceSchedule: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.M. to 5:00 p.M., and Friday from 7:30 a.M. to 3:00 p.M.
