Blinds To Go is seeking a creative entry level Content Creator with experience in developing Social Media posts and managing all elements of social: including by platform, copywriting, and creative development. This person should be solid in brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts and ongoing optimization of our social presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research industry and brainstorm campaigns to update posts including relevant keywords for search optimization.
2. Collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to create cohesive, cross-functional messaging for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
3. Manage the day-to-day execution of social media strategy, including scheduling, posting and community managing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
4. Increase our online presence and broaden our audience.
5. Stay up to date with local influencers, brands and events.
6. Ability to discuss trends and collaborate with our in-house team to create attention grabbing, compelling Instagram stories,



Facebook live streams using influencers to grow our followers and increase leads.

What We’re Looking for:

1. Excellent copywriter with proven ability to be concise, yet impactful in brand voice.
2. Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to drive and influence decisions.
3. Knowledge of the social landscape with a passion for current trends and creating fresh ideas.
4. Solid grasp of best practices for Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels.
5. 3+ years of experience in social media or similar role working with popular social media platforms.
6. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
7. Excellent communication, organizational and management skills to be able to express our company’s views creatively.
8. Proven track record preferably with retail company or similar background.
9. Strong writing and verbal skills in both French and English.
