With a focus on adhering to SOPs and QA standards, you will oversee team activities, troubleshoot equipment, and actively participate in continuous improvement discussions. Your leadership will shape the training and performance of both full-time and temporary staff while maintaining stringent quality assurance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee distillation and post-processing operations
• Lead KPI discussions and achieve production goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and QA requirements




• Collaborate on maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime
• Train current employees and manage training modules
Requirements:
• 2+ years in production, manufacturing, or cannabis
• Level II technician in refining or distillation preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in Excel and Word
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check
