As an IT Onsite Systems Analyst I, you will be the face of technical support at an assigned client, responsible for resolving issues and building strong relationships to aid productivity. Your role is essential for following established processes to guarantee user requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all end user support requests at the site
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly
• Document user requests and responses efficiently
• Address escalated service requests from team members
• Manage administrative setups in Active Directory
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years relevant technical experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 and virtualization technologies
• Familiar with networking protocols and troubleshooting
• Must exhibit a customer-first mindset
• Microsoft certifications are highly preferred
