Drive talent acquisition for operations teams in a hybrid recruiting role. Partner with hiring managers to attract and evaluate exceptional candidates through a seamless recruitment experience.
In this 12-month contract role, you will strategically develop hiring plans in collaboration with Operations leaders. Your expertise will guide the sourcing and evaluation of candidates, ensuring a top-notch experience from start to finish. Additionally, you’ll create talent maps and provide insights into market trends while proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with managers to build effective hiring strategies
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn and networking
• Manage the full candidate experience from sourcing to closing
• Create comprehensive talent maps for market insights
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments
Requirements:
• 1+ years full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers
• Excellent organizational skills for multi-stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of HR and employment practices
• BS in Human Resources or relevant field
