Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily payroll operations and team support • Validate bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance • Collaborate with HR and Finance on employee changes • Assist in T4 and RL1 reporting and reconciliations • Identify and implement payroll process improvements
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of payroll experience • PCP certification is mandatory; CPM is an asset • Expertise in Canadian payroll legislation • Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Workday • Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
