About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Corporate-Commercial Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with Indigenous clients, communities, and businesses on a range of commercial transactions, governance structures, and economic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise Indigenous clients on corporate structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Advise Indigenous clients on the creation of trust structures
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including leases, MOU, impact benefit agreements, and procurement contracts
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on interdisciplinary projects involving Aboriginal rights and title

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in corporate-commercial law
- Demonstrated experience or robust interest in Aboriginal law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
