Play a vital role in governance operations as an Experienced Governance Administrative Support. Manage calendars, events, and communications while enhancing strategic initiatives.
This position supports the Head of Governance & Controls through expert administrative capabilities. You will gather data, analyze information, and develop guidelines, contributing to the operational success of governance functions. Your contribution will also extend to coaching junior staff, fostering team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate governance meetings with precision
• Create and distribute strategic agendas and minutes
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
• Organize departmental events and maintain filing systems
• Process invoices and manage expense reports
Requirements:
• 7+ years in a relevant administrative role
• Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office tools
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently
• Exceptional collaboration and influence skills
