The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures platform stability, supports IT service management (ITSM) processes, and works closely with stakeholders to enhance system functionality and optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and notifications
- Support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow integrations and automation solutions
- Monitor platform performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and data integrity
- Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution or escalation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements
- Maintain system documentation,



including configurations, processes, and procedures
- Support reporting and dashboard development for operational and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5+ years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform
- Solid knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration (workflows, business rules, forms, etc.)
- Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, Glide scripting) within ServiceNow
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data management within ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience in enterprise or financial services environments
