Join an Operations team as a Settlements Services Analyst, focusing on processing SWIFT messages and ensuring trade settlements are executed accurately and timely.
This role is essential in support of trading and operations. You will be responsible for managing foreign and domestic equity trade settlements within CDS and DTC systems. Daily responsibilities include processing SWIFT transactions and matching trades, while continually collaborating with internal and external parties to resolve any discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and monitor SWIFT messages for transactions • Manage equity trade settlements within CDS and DTC systems • Match confirmations of trades with counterparties • Resolve unmatched or unprocessed trades through communication • Maintain and track failed trades and reasons for failures
Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in securities or office setting • 1-3 years’ experience in SWIFT operations is preferred • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Fluent in English; French is a plus
