Your role, your impact As a Business System Analyst, Liquidity, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, software developers, and business users to ensure that systems meet business goals and deliver value. If you have a solid background in technical business analysis, particularly within the liquidity space, and are adept at translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, then this role is for you.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases;

Recommend technology directions to align with business objectives;

Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications;

Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;

Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure alignment and progress;

Facilitate user acceptance testing and other testing activities;

Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation;

Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.

Keys to your success

Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst in Capital Markets;





Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive conversations and interact with senior stakeholders, including VPs;

Results-driven and flexible approach, with a passion for variety in work and making meaningful contributions.

Experience with QRM software;

Experience in the liquidity space;

Knowledge and experience with reverse engineering, reading, gathering, and extracting code.
