Drive growth as an Inside Sales Executive focused on Small Business accounts. Engage in daily outreach, building relationships while providing top technology solutions for your customers in a dynamic sales environment.
This position emphasizes your ability to initiate business with existing and new clients. You'll make over 30 outbound calls daily and manage opportunities effectively. As an Account Executive, you will educate customers about the full Client portfolio, including desktops, laptops, and cloud solutions, while continuing to enhance your technical sales knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage Small Business clients for growth and retention
• Maintain 30+ outbound calls with 3+ hours of talk time




• Advise clients on the best technology solutions
• Qualify projects in Enterprise categories
• Participate in community service and volunteer opportunities
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 1-3 years in sales or customer-facing roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (French preferred)
