Lead compensation efforts as a Director of Compensation. Drive strategic program design, governance implementation, and regulatory alignment in this hybrid role, requiring in office engagement three days a week.

As a senior compensation specialist, you'll provide expert advice and guide program execution while supporting business strategies. Engage with senior leaders to build interdependent teams that enhance performance and foster a diverse, inclusive culture. Your strategic insights will influence organizational effectiveness and talent retention.

Key Responsibilities:



• Define and execute compensation governance and design • Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Build collaborative interdependent teams • Lead change management and communication strategies

Requirements: • 9+ years of relevant experience required • Expert knowledge in compensation theory and program design • Proven track record in developing sales plans • Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive data-driven decisions
