We currently have an exciting chance for a Building Management Systems (BMS) Bid Engineering professional to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. The successful candidate will proactively work with our field technicians, team leaders, and account managers to identify and quote opportunities and value‑adds that will grow our Building Automation footprint.
Responsibilities
Identify and manage risks and opportunities in new projects through the estimating and submission process.
Produce project estimates and perform detailed measurements.
Deliver collation of pricing.
Develop effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and subcontractors.
Actively seek out and pursue growth opportunities.
Direct communication with our customers is required to negotiate attractive, tailor‑made offerings that suit our customers’ technical and financial needs. A reasonable level of experience and understanding of Building Automation and Building Control systems is essential.
