Technical Designer / Technical Developer (Apparel)

We are always looking to connect with strong Technical Designers and Technical Developers in the Vancouver market for upcoming opportunities with leading apparel brands, including performance and lifestyle product teams. If you have experience owning fit, construction, and garment development from concept through production, we would love to connect.

We are currently speaking with candidates at a range of experience levels, from mid-level Technical Designers through Senior Technical Developers

Typical responsibilities may include:

- Owning fit and construction from concept through production
- Leading or supporting fittings and documenting clear fit comments
- Creating and maintaining tech packs, specs, and BOMs
- Partnering closely with design, product development, and vendor
- Identifying and resolving construction issues throughout development




- Managing multiple styles at once in a fast-paced product setting
- Supporting consistency in fit, quality, and execution across a collection

Ideal backgrounds may include experience in:

- Technical Design or Technical Development
- Working with PLM systems such as Flex, Centric, WFX, or similar
- Partnering with offshore vendors and cross-functional teams
- Participating in fittings and supporting fit execution

Location

Compensation

Typically ranges from $40–$65 per hour depending on experience level.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Roles may require ability to work onsite in Vancouver.
