This role focuses on managing a diverse portfolio within the Designer Relations Department. As a key player, you'll liaise with internal teams and trade partners while executing effective promotional strategies. You'll attend events and generate ideas that support relationship growth as well as recent business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with designers and trade partners
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
• Assist in planning promotional and public relations events
• Plan and execute ongoing referral partner visits
• Provide exceptional customer service and support inquiries
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business or relevant experience
• Knowledge of the appliance industry is an asset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory
