As a Network Tools Analyst, you will design, administer, and implement changes for DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management. Your responsibilities include managing BlueCat platforms, troubleshooting DNS issues, and ensuring compliance across systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate DNS changes and keep the operations seamless.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer BlueCat DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms • Manage DNS zones, views,
and resource records • Plan and validate DNS changes on BDDS instances • Support Akamai DNS cutovers and rollbacks • Perform advanced DNS troubleshooting and log analysis
Requirements: • Proven experience in enterprise DNS/DDI environments • Strong understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching • Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center is a plus • Effective collaboration skills in multi-team settings • High attention to impact control and change governance
